Here and Now

at Whitehaven

 15th August 2009

last updated 3rd May April 2009

Yes folks, the 80's are coming back in force this summer. Courtesy of an agreement with the legendary Here and Now brand, we're delighted to bring the top acts of the decade to Whitehaven on Saturday the 15th August. The awsome line up of Midge Ure, Paul Young, Rick Astley, Toyah, Curiosity Killed the Cat, Belinda Carlisle and Johnny Hates Jaz will grace the stage at the Copeland Athletics Stadium for 3 hours belting out their top hits live. Songs such as the spine tingling Vienna, Wherever I lay my hat, Circles in the Sand and so many more will make Whitehaven the only place to be for music fans this summer.

Promoter and CEO of the Company, Gerard Richardson "I can't wait, this promises to be the most magical night of all with something for everyone. I love the 80's music but then my wife has virtually made it a contract of our marriage. It's all going to be fabulous but my moment will be hearing Vienna played live in Whitehaven."
